The new support offers customers access chat, tickets, and help docs from any page via a persistent widget on the left hand side of the screen.
This will make it easier for customers to check available resources for a solution before getting in touch (saving FlyWheel support time in the process).
Bob Orchard, a Product Manager at Flywheel, mentioned that support ticket history is being imported and will be available via the new function too: “We’ve got a lot more planned and are excited to share a little bit of what’s to come with you today.”
